Another barista at the Coffee Chop and a high school dropout, Jane has very high opinions of herself and thinks the job is beneath her. She is cold and unsmiling to customers, brightening up only when it is payment time, when she expects a tip.

Often on the phone, trawling social media and the like, she is a purveyor of news, seeming to know something about everything and everybody – mostly fake, but presented with aplomb. She tends to be especially mean to female customers who come in with caring male partners – murmurs on the side.

In the presence of customers she deems to be high value however, her demeanour is one of sweetness personified.
